摘要
In this paper, Finite Element (FE) simulation software is used to study the springback deformation curve in the case of pretension on the "T" profile in the flexible multi-point forming process. Then experiments are conducted and results confirm that the FE simulation can predict the trend of springback in the three-dimensional profile bending process. Therefore, FE simulation can save the production time and reducing experimental cost effectively. Simulation and experimental results show that the amount of the springback is proportional to the amount of bending deformation and inversely proportional to the pretension. © 2019, Editorial Board of Jilin University.
