摘要
Acidic organic phosphorus extractants(AOPEs) are widely used in the industrial field of extracting valuable metals due to their good separation effect, stable chemical properties, and low cost. However, their extraction performance is easily affected by the acidity of the feed solution and the progress of the reaction, and the current understanding of the micro-mechanisms of the extraction process is not comprehensive, which significantly limits the further efficient application of AOPEs. In order to deeply understand these problems and determine countermeasures, domestic and foreign researchers use various characterization techniques to analyze the substances before and after extraction, and apply theoretical calculation methods to explore the microscopic changes of AOPEs in the extraction process. In this article, the research status of AOPEs extraction of valuable metals is introduced, and the application progress of pre-saponification treatment, synergistic extraction, molecular structure control, and extraction reaction simulation in enhancing the extraction performance and selectivity of AOPEs are summarized and reviewed. Finally, based on quantum chemical theory and molecular dynamics simulations, suggestions are put forward for the design, synthesis, and development of high-efficiency AOPEs in the future. © 2023 Central South University of Technology.
