摘要
Ducted fan can be used as the power plant of distributed electric propulsion aircraft, and has encouraging prospect. At present, some technical problems exist in the design and integrated application of the ducted fan electric propulsion system. In this paper, the development status and application scenes of ducted fan electric propulsion system are reviewed, and the technical requirements of ducted fan electric propulsion system for distributed electric propulsion aircraft are analyzed. Finally, the key technologies such as ducted fan aerodynamic design, integrated aerodynamic design of ducted fan and wing-body,integrated design of motor and ducted fan structure,high-efficiency air cooling design, electromagnetic compatibility design, and precision manufacturing of complex structure are discussed, which provides suggestions on the preparation and integrated application of ducted fan electric propulsion system. © 2023 Journal of Propulsion Technology.
