<正>Dear Editor,Gliomas are the most prevalent malignant tumors affecting the central nervous system(CNS), categorized into low-grade gliomas(LGG) comprising CNS WHO grades 2–3, and high-grade gliomas(HGG) encompassing CNS WHO grade 4(Aldape et al., 2015). The current standard therapeutic approach involves maximal safe margin excision followed by radiotherapy and temozolomide(TMZ)treatment(Armstrong et al., 2020).
