<正>Despite the tremendous advancement in the robustness and functionality of DNA-based computing systems throughout the past decade [1-4], reconfiguration of typical DNA computing circuits for diverse tasks is still hindered by the requirement of a priori knowledge about underlying circuit physics. In addition, the type of algorithms that can be implemented by a DNA integrated circuit(DIC) was limited to a small number, therefore limiting the computing power of DIC [1-4].
