摘要
The rapid advancement of digital technologies is significantly transforming society, with profound implications for daily life, especially for older adults. These technologies are crucial for promoting active and healthy aging, helping to reduce social isolation, enhance social participation, encourage physical activity, and improve health and long-term care. Our research, based on studies from PubMed and Web of Science, confirms that digital technology significantly enhances the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the elderly. Effective implementation of these technologies for older adults requires user training, technical support, and tailored content and functionality. Copyright (C) 2024 The Authors.
