摘要
The superconducting linac called the SCL3 of the Rare isotope Accelerator complex for ON-line experiments (RAON) is composed of twenty-two quarter wave resonator (QWR) cryomodules and thirty-three half wave resonator (HWR) cryomodules. The prototyping of the cryomodules started in 2012 and mass production was completed in 2021. The progress of prototyping and mass production of the SCL3 cryomodules is reported here in detail. The specifications and functional requirements for the power couplers, tuners, and cryomodules are described, and the performance test results for each component and integrated cryomodule are reported.
