摘要
This study tackles the legislative deficiency in the moral rights of authors in digital literature in international conventions and Jordanian law, considering the rapid technological development of digital literature and the rigidity of international conventions and Jordanian law, which created significant legal gaps that undermined the effectiveness of traditional moral laws. This study aims to investigate: the concept of digital literature and discuss some of the research done on the right of attribution and legislative deficiency; the right of attribution in digital literature, publishing rights and the deficiency in publishing digital literature; the author's right to withdraw the literary work from circulation and the deficiency in the author's right to withdraw the literary work from circulation in digital literature; the right of modifying works and the legislative deficiency in the right to modify works in digital literature; and finally, the right to defend any aggression and the legislative deficiency in the right to defend any aggression on works in digital literature.
