摘要：

AHF remains a significant public health challenge, and as the prevalence of HF continues to rise, an increasing number of individuals will be at elevated risk for hospital readmission and mortality. There is a paucity of high -quality evidence to guide the care of patients with AHF, and further studies focused on optimal timing of deployment of stabilizing therapies are urgently needed. Nevertheless, the AHF period is an opportune time to optimize evidencebased medical therapy for HF, and linkage to outpatient care is essential to improve outcomes.
