摘要
In this study, Cu-Ti-Zr and Cu-Ti-Zr-Mg alloys were subjected to solid annealing and aging under different conditions following 80 % cold rolling, in order to investigate the impact of Mg addition on the microstructure and properties of Cu-Ti-Zr alloys. The results reveal that the ultimate tensile strength and total elongation of the Cu-Ti-Zr alloy under peak aging condition are 771 MPa and 4.7 %, respectively, while for the Cu-Ti-Zr-Mg alloy, these values are 823 MPa and 4.4 %. EBSD (Electron Back Scatter Diffraction) analysis indicates that the addition of Mg promotes recrystallization in the Cu-Ti-Zr alloy. The texture strength of the Cu-Ti-Zr-Mg alloy is lower compared to the Cu-Ti-Zr alloy at peak aging, with the predominant texture being Copper texture. TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope) observations showed changes in the types and matrix relationships of precipitates due to Mg addition. The primary strengthening mechanism of both alloys is precipitation strengthening. Precipitation kinetic equations for the two alloys were established, revealing that Mg addition reduces the incubation period of the Cu-Ti-Zr alloy during aging.
