摘要
This paper investigates the thermal aging of transformer insulation systems through a comprehensive approach involving aging experiments and simulation analyses. Primarily, the study explores the experimental and simulated aspects of transformer temperature elevation, providing detailed insights into the temperature rise phenomenon. To achieve predetermined temperature thresholds, the transformer is equipped with an insulation and temperature control system. Subsequently, the investigation delves into the aging of transformer oil under specific temperature conditions, presenting aging results for transformer oil subjected to 5 cycles. Finally, leveraging finite element software, the electric field distribution of the transformer is meticulously calculated, elucidating characteristics of electric field distribution in transformer oil under varying aging conditions. Building upon the experimental results of transformer aging, the paper scrutinizes the insulation aging state and electric field distribution of transformers in active service. This research provides a foundational framework for evaluating transformer service life and formulating preventative measures against insulation failure.
