(Abstracted from Obstet Gynecol 2024;143(2):243-255 The transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) population has increased over time and is an important component of gynecology. Scholarly work addressing the care of the TGD population has increased, with approximately 12% of studies referencing TGD people now being published in obstetrics and gynecology literature versus 1% in 2017.
