摘要
Recent drying kinetics models of lignite in a vibrated fluidized bed (VFB) cannot predict the changes in drying behaviors with vibration parameters. As the introduction of vibration significantly affects the macroscopic and microscopic dynamics of a VFB, the drying kinetics model should be directly correlated with the vibration parameters. In this study, the effects of vibration parameters including frequency and amplitude on the drying kinetics of lignite in a vibrated fluidized bed (VFB) were studied. A novel drying kinetics model for lignite drying in a VFB was proposed by explicitly incorporating the dimensionless transformations of the amplitude and frequency of vibration in the model expression, providing a deep insight into the effects of vibration on the drying kinetics. The correlation functions between model parameters and vibration parameters were derived by non-linear regression analysis, allowing for preliminary estimates of model parameters and quick model fitting. The results indicate that the proposed drying kinetics model with estimated parameters fits the experimental data well, providing a convenient and accurate method to predict the drying behavior of lignite in a VFB.
