摘要：
A BsTRACT . This article describes Ukraine's cybersecurity system, its place, and its role in a single configuration of national security. The methods used include formal-dogmatic, comparative-legal, sociological, and hermeneutics. The research revealed that effective cybersecurity must be addressed comprehensively, requiring coordinated action at the national, regional, and international levels to prevent, prepare, and respond to incidents by the government, the private sector, and civil society.
