摘要
The objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive review of the existing academic literature on the intersection between sustainability and service supply chain (SSC) in order to investigate the implementation mechanism of sustainable service supply chain (SSSC). A systematic literature review methodology is adopted to comprehensively analyze papers related to SSSC. This study thoroughly examines the integration of sustainability into two types of supply chains (SC): product/service SC and service-only SC. It identifies the antecedents, outcomes, enablers, and barriers of SSSC practices. Drawing from thematic findings, this review constructs a conceptual framework that elucidates the interrelationships among various themes to enhance understanding of SSSC. Additionally, it highlights gaps in existing literature and provides recommendations for future research directions, thus fostering comprehensive advancements in the field of SSC.
