摘要
The massive use of nonlinear loads that directly impact the levels of harmonic distortion in the electrical systems and the high cost of power quality meters pose challenges in locating and mitigating harmonic pollution sources. In this context, a new methodology for harmonic state estimation and power flow based on the Jaya algorithm is proposed, and the results are compared with the already employed methodology based on Evolutionary Strategies. The simulation results using Jaya algorithm has a lower average error and computational effort using fewer input parameters when compared to the Evolutionary Strategies algorithm.
