摘要
The theme of the paper is the analysis of anM1G055 type engine from a company in CLUJ-NAPOCA whose field of activity is the creation of custom software (customer-oriented software) for the medical industry. The aim of these measurements is to discover a pattern of noise oscillations that fluctuate when the engine shows the first signs of wear or failure. The paper presents the results obtained for the dry run process of the engine, and the main causes that lead to the appearance of the high level of noise. Maintaining the performance of the electric motor within the admissible limits imposed by the standards and implicitly reducing the failure rate is achievable by identifying the sources and causes of the failure. The desired result of the company is the automation of this process by introducing the recurrence of the execution program and a system similar to the palletizing concept, thus resulting in the reduction of working times.
