摘要：

The treatment of venous leg ulcers is based on treatment of the underlying phlebological cause, wound care and compression therapy. The S2k guideline "Diagnosis and treatment of venous leg ulcers" was therefore drawn up under the leadership of the German Society of Phlebology and Lymphology (DGPL) e.V. The following overview article presents the most important recommendations from this guideline with reference to compression therapy in a differentiated manner.
