摘要
We describe a case of a 69-year-old man with Candida parapsilosis-induced peritonitis. After initial remission by oral voriconazole for nearly three weeks, he emerged again with peritonitis-related symptoms. We tested the valley concentration of voriconazole and increased the daily dose. Eventually, this patient achieved complete remission of peritonitis without fever and abdominal pain. B-ultrasound showed the disappearance of ascites. Serum inflammation was reduced to normal levels
