摘要
Mediterranean basins, characterized by unique climatic and geographical features, form a critical hydrological and ecological zone, however, they face numerous pressures primarily driven by anthropogenic activities whilst many of them present a high seasonality regarding the river flow. To properly support decision making, especially when dealing with a multi-faceted actual problem, stakeholder perception inclusion is a fundamental factor in water management. A hybrid fuzzy intuitionistic version of the advanced Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) method is developed to distinguish the order of superiority of the proposed alternatives, addressing the inability of precise factors estimation and the granular expression of the decision. The input data was collected using questionnaire-based semi structured interviews during an interactive moderated living lab organized by the authors. The weight vector is estimated by using either the aggregators of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets or the DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method with respect to the stakeholders' answers. Hence, both the inclusion of local knowledge and the robust treatment of the uncertainty deriving from the stakeholders' subjectivity and multicriteria comparison are simultaneously achieved. The outputs are two ranked lists of the examined alternatives regarding the two methods used in weights' assessment.
