摘要
This study investigates the magnetic properties of electrodeposited CoBi binary nanowire alloys within an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template using First-Order Reversal Curve (FORC) analysis. The effects of composition and annealing on the magnetic behavior of the nanowires are systematically explored. The electrodeposition process and characterization techniques are described, including the synthesis of nanowires at various frequencies and pHs. The results reveal that increasing the frequency of electrodeposition leads to a decrease in saturation magnetization, while higher pH levels result in a reduction of coercivity due to a competition shape anisotropy and magnetocrystalline anisotropy. Additionally, annealing the nanowires enhances their coercivity and remanence, with notable improvements observed in samples deposited at lower frequencies. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the factors affecting the magnetic behavior of electrodeposited CoBi nanowire alloys, offering potential applications in magnetic sensing and data storage technologies.
