FEELING/HEARING, THINKING/EXPRESSING, MAKING GEOGRAPHIES: MULTIPLE GEOGRAPHIES OF AFFECT IN DIALOGUE WITH A GREAT GEOGRAPHER OF ACTION

This article combines the affective and intellectual dimensions of our relationship with Carlos Walter Porto-Gon & ccedil;alves, considered here a great geographer of action, both in the sense of the concrete action of social groups and movements, and in the transformative action of affects. Thus, multiple territorialities (or multiterritorialiteies) are constructed, between feeling/listening, thinking/expressing, and making geographies, in the dialogue between Carlos Walter's rich contributions and our own work, especially regarding territory as a process, in the "conducting of conducts" that involves not only politics in the traditional sense but its expansion to the sphere of the "more than human" that increasingly affects and (de)territorializes us.
