Bronchial carcinoids are uncommon pulmonary tumors for which the treatment of choice is surgical resection. Different interventional bronchoscopic techniques have been described for the management of intraluminal carcinoids using rigid bronchoscopy with argon plasma coagulation (APC), Nd-YAG. In this article, we have provided an overview of the current literature regarding endoscopic treatment of endobronchial carcinoids and have described three clinical cases of endobronchial carcinoid treated with rigid bronchoscopy and different endoscopic tools in our department including APC, Nd-YAG laser and of N-YAG laser after surgery.
