摘要
Considering the current industrial machining accuracy limitation and installation error, the permanent magnet motor may have eccentricity problems, which will have a great impact on the radial electromagnetic force of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor. In this paper, through the derivation of radial magnetic fields and electromagnetic forces in healthy and unhealthy (eccentric) states, it is found that the changes of electromagnetic force waves in time frequency and spatial order cause differences in vibration and noise. Finally, an 8-pole 36-slot interior V-shaped permanent magnet synchronous motor was taken as the research object, and the correctness of the theory was verified by formula derivation, numerical results, simulation and experiment.
