1T/2H hybrid MoS2/g-C3N4 2 /g-C 3 N 4 with 2D/2D heterojunction for ultra-long-life aqueous ammonium-ion storage

摘要
Aqueous ammonium ions (NH4+) have become excellent charge carriers for environmental and safe energy storage devices. Seeking new materials that match well with ammonium ions is still urgently required. Here, a novel 1T/2H hybrid MoS2/g-C3N4 (MSCN) full of 2D/2D heterojunction for ammonium ions storage is designed under the assistance of supramolecular systems. Researchers have testified that under (NH4)2SO4 electrolyte, the ammonium ions store can promote the generation of 1T-MoS2 and increase the stability of MSCN material. Therefore, the achieved 1T/2H hybrid MoS2/g-C3N4 samples contribute a high gravimetric capacitance of 426 F center dot g- 1 (1 A center dot g- 1) and the MSCN-5.5//PC asymmetric supercapacitor exhibits an ultralong-cycling performance (93.9 % capacitive retention after 45,000 cycles). In practice, three asymmetric supercapacitors keep an alarm clock working normally for 30 min.
