摘要
The presence of social robots has been increasing in our lives, in different areas of everyday life in both private and public contexts. Empathy being an important factor in Human-Robot Interaction, gains more and more strength in the design of social robots that are designed with a certain purpose of empathic interaction, from which one can expect positive or negative emotional effects. A quasi-experimental study formed to explore the influence of the factors of context, task, emotions, empathy, and attitudes in the intention of interacting with robots, based on the appearance of three robot. The results of this study suggest that context and task are factors that do not statistically influence the intention to work with robots. Moreover, there are differences in empathy towards to the human-like and machine-like robot in the intention to work with.
