摘要
Nowadays, efficiency stands as an important factor that enables businesses to reach their objectives. Nevertheless, INSPIRE Sports Academy (ISA), being one of the most popular sports training camp in the Philippines, faces a notable challenge in its current reservation and time monitoring system which the study aims to address. This issue stems from a unique policy that grants access to facilities for all enrolled students and school staff, alongside members of the ISA situated within NU Laguna. ISA acknowledges the limitations of its current methods, which heavily rely on manual, somewhat outdated processes such as email-based reservations and personnel monitoring. To mitigate these system and utilize the methods and techniques for software development. The objective of the study is to develop a system designed to streamline the manual reservation procedure and enhance the monitoring of entry and exit times for clients accessing the facilities using QR Code scanning for a more convenient process. Additionally, the Iterative Life Cycle Spiral Model methodology was used to immediately integrate feedback of stakeholders during the development which is proven effective in enhancing the system based on testing and evaluation. The major findings indicate improvement in operational effectiveness following the introduction of the system which effectively automates the reservation process, reducing errors and streamlining client access monitoring. Moreover, the QR Code technology notably simplifies the entry/exit tracking process. Based on these findings, proper software development technique played an important factor to a successful product that optimizes operations, provides convenience, and enhances overall efficiency. Implementing technology-driven solutions is essential in staying competitive and offering better services in today's world.
