摘要
This paper reports the application of a new highly selective platform (P(p-PDA)-MWCNTs/AgNPs) consisting of a hybrid structure based on poly(p-phenylenediamine) (P(p-PDA) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) decorated with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) for the electrochemical sensing of dopamine (DA) and acetaminophen (AAP). P(p-PDA)-MWCNTs composite was prepared via chemical polymerization, and the glassy carbon electrode surface (GCE) was modified with this material. Then, AgNPs were deposited onto GCE/P(p-PDA)MWCNTs using an electrochemical approach. The platform showed high electrocatalytic activity toward the electrochemical oxidation of DA and AAP. The effect of buffer solution pH was examined on the oxidation peak induced by DA and AAP, and the optimum pH was selected as 7.0. P(p-PDA)-MWCNTs/AgNPs modified electrode was applied for the determination of DA, and AAP exhibited a wide linear range of 4.0 - 800 mu mol/L with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.048 mu mol/L and linear range of 10-400 mu mol/L with LOD of 0.013 mu mol/L, respectively. This platform displayed remarkable selectivity and anti-interference behavior in the medium, including various electroactive reagents. Furthermore, the prepared electrochemical sensing platform was successfully employed to determine DA and AAP in diverse pharmaceutical samples.
