摘要
A new experimental system has been invented to simulate the accumulating and dissipating process of electrostatic charges. The efficiency of this system to generate static voltage is high and the repeatability of the voltage value under same conditions is good. So, this system will be very helpful for mechanism research on Electrostatic Discharge.
