摘要
The objective of this study is to analyse the effects of integrating financial technology (FinTech) into electronic governance (e-governance) on digital literacy and financial inclusion. Additionally, it intends to explore the influence of access to banking services on these relationships, specifically focusing on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study aims to utilise SMART PLS 4 and a Likert scale questionnaire to explore potential associations and moderating influences of age on these factors. The importance of this study rests in its ability to provide valuable insights to policymakers, financial institutions, and MSME stakeholders regarding the consequences of adopting FinTech for promoting digital literacy, improving financial inclusion, and stimulating inclusive economic growth. The findings have important significance for managers, as they can provide guidance for the development of plans to effectively utilise FinTech's potential in order to benefit MSMEs and support broader governance initiatives.
