摘要：

IntroductionPelvic arteriovenous malformations are rare in male patients. We present a case of pelvic arteriovenous malformation involving the seminal vesicle.Case presentationA 58-year-old man was diagnosed with pelvic arteriovenous malformation that involved the left seminal vesicle by angiography. The patient underwent three embolization procedures and made favorable progress after the embolizations.ConclusionHerein, we report a rare case of pelvic arteriovenous malformation involving the seminal vesicle treated by embolizations with good outcome.
