摘要
BACKGROUND: The baseline information of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in surgical inpatients after surgery were retrospectively analyzed to guide the prevention and treatment of perioperative deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. METHODS: Retrospective analysis was performed of 42 inpatients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after surgery in a single center, who were treated with percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy and (or) catheter-directed thrombolysis; and patients with severe iliac vein stenosis received balloon dilation and stent implantation. Meanwhile, the anatomical characteristics of the iliac vein were analyzed based on venography results. RESULTS: The thrombus was cleared satisfactorily in 42 patients. Venography after thrombectomy showed severe stenosis of the left iliac vein in 36 patients, moderate compression of the right iliac vein in 2 patients, and no obvious stenosis of the iliofemoral vein in 4 patients. CONCLUSIONS: The percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy system achieved satisfactory treatment outcomes for deep venous thrombosis. Additionally, the study indicate that most patients with thrombosis have iliac vein stenosis, which may be an important factor that is easily overlooked in the formation of thrombosis. Therefore, clinical doctors need to be highly vigilant.
