摘要
As throughout the post-pandemic world, hospitality facilities in Antalya, the destination of mass tourism in T & uuml;rkiye, are struggling with the problem of labor shortage. Sustainable Career Management (SCM) efforts to recruit and retain competent and qualified young people are increasing in order to reduce the labor shortage. In this context, based on the grounded theory methodology, the study provides a holistic model of how SCM should be managed with the views of experienced managers in the hospitality sector.
