摘要：
The article explores the challenge of preserving digital bank credit notes in the face of software obsolescence. Using hypothetical-deductive and historical methods, it examines the impact of the lack of specific legislation and regulations from the Central Bank of Brazil for proper document preservation. It highlights the need to develop specific procedures to ensure the validity and reliability of these notes as evidence, securing a safe economy.
