摘要
The university plays a fundamental role in training, preparing and motivating students for future entrepreneurship, commonly known as entrepreneurial intention. This article aims to determine the factors that most influence the intention to be socially entrepreneurial in young university students. To achieve this objective, data were collected from a sample of 1900 undergraduate students at the University of Huelva. The results show that socio-demographic factors, such as female gender, participation in volunteer activities, the presence of entrepreneurial family members and knowledge about social entrepreneurship, have a significant influence on the intention to be socially entrepreneurial. It is also observed that the personal factors that have the greatest influence on the intention to be socially entrepreneurial are linked to a predisposition to innovation, initiative, risk-taking, a tendency to save, social and environmental leadership, problem-solving, as well as social and environmental values.
