Delving on a mixed-method approach, we report on a preliminary exploration concerning the attitude towards digitalization of organizations involved in lifelong learning. Our findings point to a positive inclination towards digital transformation motivated by wishes to improve effectiveness, personalization and monitoring. However, organizations report obstacles connected to limited hardware and software infrastructure as well as educational and technological know-how.
