Controllable preparation of CsPbI3 nanorods by laser-assisted solvothermal method

摘要
Laser has received widespread attention in research on assisting the preparation of nanomaterials due to its good monochromaticity, high coherence and energy concentration. In this work, we report a simple and efficient large-scale preparation of CsPbI3 nanorods using a laser-assisted solvothermal method. By adjusting the wavelength (375 nm, 405 nm, 520 nm) and light intensity of the laser, the length and cross-sectional width of the nanorods can be significantly adjusted, reflecting the controllable preparation of CsPbI3 nanorods. In particular, under the irradiation of 375 nm laser with a light intensity of 84.2 mW/cm2, the length of the nanorods is reduced by 40.9 % and the cross-section width is increased by 62.6 %. The controllable preparation of CsPbI3 nanorods is mainly attributed to the laser energy promoting nucleation and promoting ligand desorption.
