摘要
In this article, a reconfigured topology based on the open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor (OW-PMSM) driving system is proposed to achieve the onboard integrated dual-battery charger (IDBC) for electric vehicles. The two sets of three-phase winding and dual-inverters of the driving system are reconfigured as the bridgeless power-factor correction (PFC) rectifier and the parallel buck converter to achieve simultaneous charging control for the dual battery with different voltages. Since the split-phase windings of OW-PMSM are multiplexed as the filter inductor of the converter, the electromagnetic torque is deduced during the charging process, and the asymmetrical charging current distribution scheme with respect to different rotor positions is analyzed, then an eight-state interleaved control (EIC) strategy for the bridgeless PFC rectifier is proposed to eliminate the output torque, and the corresponding charging loss and noise could also be mitigated. Finally, the simulation and experiment results are implemented to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed IDBC and EIC strategy.
