摘要
Achieving electrically pumped lasing from organic semiconductors has been a grand challenge in the field of organic optoelectronics. Reporting recently in Nature, , researchers at the University of St Andrews tackle this challenge by creating an integrated organic laser/ organic LED (OLED) device that emits laser light by indirect electrical pumping. This demonstration represents a significant milestone in organic semiconductor lasers.
