摘要
In this work we are going to formalise a theoretical and applied framework useful to develop AI powered chatbot applications in education. We support the hypothesis that these applications should use adaptive tutoring systems methodology as paradigm of artificial intelligence, because it is closer to psychological and pedagogical theories. The need for this theorization is bringing out from the growing market of applications dedicated to the world of education and oriented to the personalization of student's learning experiences. In this article we therefore present a scheme of use and a development model for these educational applications which supports the most accredited learning theories, which will move from the learning theory of reference to the characteristics of the intelligent artificial agent. The operational scheme proposed in this article describes the formalisms for the development of an algorithm to make an artificial intelligent agent chatbot functional for applications in the educational field.
