摘要
Natural disasters create a demand for emergency exercises, but traditional drill methods present many inconveniences. This study began with online and field research on similar products, proposing a simulation game design framework for emergency decision-making in natural disasters based on the actual needs of emergency drills. Then the research developed a simulation game themed around forest fires. The game design is based on emergency decision-making theories for forest fires and integrates a forest fire spread model. This game provides players with a safe virtual environment to practice and refine their strategies for handling fires, aiming to enhance the emergency decision-making abilities of rescue personnel. This game is expected to offer robust empirical support for the gamified design of emergency exercises.
