The issue of interdisciplinarity in medical education in Brazil: a systematic review

摘要
The authors made a systematic review regarding interdisciplinarity and the medical education in Brazil after 2014, when the National Curriculum Directive made obligatory to adopt an interdisciplinary perspective. It was made evident that there are few studies that effectively regard the situation in a qualified discussion on the topic at hand, which shows that there is no subsidy in the literature to give elements to reflect the changes that should happen in the structure of the medicine courses in Brazil. The articles, although citing interdisciplinarity, do not conceptualize it neither do discuss it, which sets up a knowledge gap that demands studies and publications.
