摘要
We proposed a standard electric field method using a VNA with an equation that takes into account the near-field conditions of the electric field radiated from the transmitting antenna and compensates for the effect of the input power reflection of the transmitting antenna. Furthermore, the absolute gain of a conical monopole antenna with double-Boltzmann tapered-line (DB-CMA) up to 20 GHz was measured using this method. As a result, although the average absolute gain of DB-CMA from 1 GHz to 20 GHz was slightly lower than that of tuned monopole, the DB-CMA has a broadband property and is suitable for measuring transient electromagnetic fields such as ESD electromagnetic fields.
