Through a meticulous process involving planning, conducting and reporting the review, along with a theory-driven selection and analysis of content, it aims to construct a theoretical model for quality management in Society 5.0. The findings reveal a framework that could drive the transition to Society 5.0 by leveraging key inputs for tangible outcomes.
