摘要
This article in the journal 'Group. Interaction. Organization. (GIO)' outlines the ability of executives to remain capable of making decisions and taking action in the face of conflicting demands as a key ingredient for healthy working. The authors present the building blocks of an evaluated training on dilemma competence, which promotes decision-making skills of executives in dilemma situations, and report the results of an effectiveness study on specific effect mechanisms of the training.
