ISOMERIZATION CONVERSION OF STRAIGHT RUN GASOLINE, GAS GASOLINE AND THEIR MIXTURE ON Co/HZSM-5/ZrO2/SO4 COMPOSITE CATALYST

0.4%Co/HZSM-5/10%ZrO2-SO42-(2%) 2-SO 4 2- (2%) composite catalytic system was synthesized based on metal modified zeolite and sulfated zirconium dioxide. The activity of this catalytic system in the isomerization conversion of gas gasoline, straight run gasoline, as well as their mixture, at low temperature and normal atmospheric pressure was studied. Experiments have shown that the synthesized catalytic system allows to isomerize gas gasoline and straight run gasoline and their mixture with high isoselectivity. At 180 degrees C,WSHV=2h-1,-1 , H2/CH=1:3, 2 /CH=1:3, the conversion of the C 7+ component of straight run gasoline was 69.4%, and the yield of high-octane isoalkanes was 42.1%. During the conversion of gas gasoline on the 0.4%Co/HZSM-5/10%ZrO2-SO42-(2%) 2-SO 4 2- (2%) catalyst under the conditions of WHSV=2h-1,-1 , H2/CH=1:3, 2 /CH=1:3, 180 degrees C degrees C its C 7+ and C 4- components are involved in the formation of bimolecular intermediates, and at this time, the conversion of C 7+ and C 4- alkanes was 67 and 85%, respectively, the yield of high-octane iso-C 5-C 6 components was 51%. Conversion of a mixture of straight run gasoline and gas gasoline over composite catalyst of 0.4%Co/HZSM5/10%ZrO2-SO42-(2%) 2-SO 4 2- (2%) were studied in straight run gasoline:gas gasoline =1:3, 1:1, 3:1 mole ratios under conditions of WHSV=2h-1,-1 , H2/CH=1:3, 2 /CH=1:3, 180 degrees C. It was found that the most favorable straight run gasoline:gas gasoline ratio is 1:1 mole ratio. It was determined that the conversion of C 7+ and C 4- components of the straight run gasoline : gas gasoline mixture (straight run gasoline:gas gasoline=1:1 mol:mol) was 62-75% and 64-80%, respectively, and the yield of highoctane isoalkanes was 51%. It was determined that the isomerizing activity of the catalytic system depends on its pretreatment conditions
