摘要：
The Purpose is propose measuring dynamic capabilities and innovation capabilityconsidering the size and age of the firm as moderating variables. A literature reviewwas carried out from articles searched in the Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO andRedalycdatabases;thenanalyzedandsystematizedtoestablishthedimensionsofdynamic capabilities and innovation capability. A measurement tool was proposedconsidering dynamic capabilities as a precondition for innovation capability, consi-dering the size and age of the company as moderating variables in the relations-hip between dynamic capabilities and innovation capacity. Future studies shouldbe oriented to the application of the measurement tool designed to validate theinstrumentandevaluatetheinterrelationofthevariables
