摘要：
Vena cava syndrome is a rare entity for which we have little evidence. It is a life-threatening syndrome in which a high index of clinical picion is important for early diagnosis and treatment.<br /> Clinical manifestations depend on, among other things, the area fected and the speed of onset. Treatment will depend on the location and the trigger, and is a controversial issue.<br /> In this review, we discuss epidemiological factors, diagnostic methods, clinical management and treatment.
