摘要
Development of devices for in-situ cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurements attracted huge interest in the scientific community in the past years. However, most of the reported solutions require the connection to the smartphone or PC-based unit for data storage, interpretation, and presentation. Consequently, the possibility for automated and unsupervised electrochemical measurements is limited. Advancing the state of the art, in this paper we present a portable device for in-situ scan rate configuration, CV measurements and CV curve plotting. The device is battery-powered, equipped with a color display, SD card for data storage, and an embedded keypad for device configuration. The range of output voltage range is +/- 1 V (8-bits resolution), while the current range is +/- 200 mu A (10-bits resolution). Seven values of scan rate from 10 mV/s to 300 mV/s are selectable. Comparative analysis with Palmsens4 device revealed high similarity in measured values with R-2=0.99. Finally, actual CV curves measured on an electrochemical system (screen printed three-electrode cell and a 10 ml solution of 0.5 mM Sodium ferri/ferro cyanide and 0.1 M Sodium Chloride) are presented.
