摘要
. For a transmission problem between a classical thermoelastic system with a distributed delay and wave equation, under some appropriate assumptions for distributed delay and damping, the well-posedness and exponential stability of the system have been shown by using the semigroup method and the energy method, respectively. Moreover, some Poincare<acute accent>'s inequalities are established to construct a suitable Lyapunov functional, which is an improvement of the results in Mustafa and Kafini [16].
